California DMV Driver Handbook

The California DMV Driver Handbook affords the advertiser the opportunity to reach every new driver in the state just as they begin to prepare for their driver's test. This includes over 300,000 teenagers who are attempting to get their driver's license for the first time, along with 1,500,000 adults who are primarily new residents to CA. It also includes over 3 million drivers who are required to take the written test in order to renew their license.

Distribution is made to all 172 Department of Motor Vehicles offices throughout California.
