Navy Compass tells the local Navy story with photographs and stories that speak about who we are, what we do, where
we are going as a force. These stories cover the operating forces, bases and facilities, and people from all over the
Navy’s southwest region, from California, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado and Utah to the farthest reaches of the Pacific Ocean, the Middle East and beyond.

As of 2011, the Navy Compass is published as a glossy newspaper format 6x's per year.
