Que Onda – Delivering Hispanic Texas to Advertisers 03/02/2005
Que Onda, a newspaper targeting Hispanics, publishes 100,000 copies weekly every Thursday in Houston. In San Antonio and Dallas/Ft. Worth, distribution is 65,000 copies every 15 days in each market. Que Onda is the only Hispanic publication in Texas that reaches three of the ten largest Hispanic population markets in the United States. It also carries the Valassis Hispanic co-operative FSI, bringing coupons to the Texas Hispanic marketplace. Additionally, Que Onda’s circulation is audited by CAC. This newspaper will be targeting the McAllen and El Grand Rio Valley areas as it rolls into new markets. Que Onda publications are free Hispanic tabloids. Echo Media works with a number of Spanish-language newspapers and cop-op advertising vehicles in the state of Texas and nationally.
